Room Arrangements in Hotels : In Makkah & Madina Hotels: Double Room has 2 normal beds; Triple Room has 3 normal beds; Quad Room has 3 normal beds plus 1 extra bed; Quint Room has 3 normal beds plus 2 extra beds.
Cost and Currency Exchange : The tour cost is based on the exchange rate of SAR (Saudi Riyal) to BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) at 30/-. If there's a change in exchange rates before your departure, we'll adjust the price accordingly.
Requirements for Booking : Your Bangladeshi passport should be valid for at least 6 months with a minimum of 2 blank pages.
Booking Policy :
- To book your tour, pay at least BDT 50,000/- per person.
- The remaining amount should be paid before we issue your ticket.
- You can book by depositing money in our bank account online, or by paying cash or cheque to our agent.
- If you book through our Authorized Sales Agent or Representative, the price remains the same. For cash payments, please make sure to pay at our Dhaka head office and get an official receipt.
- If the payment procedure is not followed, we cannot guarantee your booking.
Cancellation Policy : If you cancel your booking, the following charges apply:
- BDT. 15,000/- per person is non-refundable, 15 Days before from departure date.
- 50% of the tour cost if cancelled between 10 to 14 days before departure.
- No refund if cancelled within 10 days of departure.
- Date Change Fee: BDT. 10,000/- per person plus any fare difference (Not valid for Group Ticket). This applies if changes are made between 15 to 30 days before departure. If changes are made later, the standard cancellation policy applies.
